The Domina Pro 700 CPE77A Single Tank Freestanding Electric Pasta Boiler is a high-quality cooking solution designed for long-term use. The tank is moulded from AISI 316 anti-corrosion stainless steel with rounded corners for easy cleaning, while the optional pasta baskets are in AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel with thermal handles. The electric version includes electric heating elements in armoured stainless steel, power adjustment with four position switch and temperature control with operating and safety thermostat. The gas version includes stainless steel burner with self-stabilising flame, thermocouple safety device and piezo-electric burner ignition.
