Description

This Steno ML03BX Professional countertop dough sheeter allows quick and easy rolling out of dough with minimal input from the operator.

Product Features

Belt size - 500w x 1000mm (x 2)

Roller width - 486mm wide - with a diameter of 60mm

The side tables fold up when not in use reducing machine footprint

Hygiene - the belts are made of a foodgrade material and are washable whilst the scrapers can also be removed for washing

Heavy duty steel Gear drive with maintenance free ball bearings for silent machine operation

Speed - Single speed - as an option it can be supplied with varaible speed, please ring the sale office for price.

Dough thickness - the thickness of the dough to be rolled can be adjusted froma few mm to upto 350mm

Safety - Safety switches activate when the machine is opened and is fitted with an emergency stop button

Supplied with stainless steel collector tray

Supplied with flour holder basin and 1 x roller pin for collecting rolled sheet.
