This Sagi DFS101L 12 tray blast chiller/freezer combined is ideal for all bakeries where quick freezing or chilling of product is required. Specilfically designed to hold the bakery tray size of 600 x 400mm it will work in tandem with the Bakery convection or deck ovens.

Coated evaporator prevents corrosion
Cleaning - Hinged fan cover panel for easy access to the evaporator and fans
Radiused corners - allows easy cleaning of the cabinet interior
