Domina Pro 700 FRBE74AHP is a 1 Bowl Electric Freestanding Fryer made from 18/10 AISI 304 stainless steel with continuous-welded tanks and rounded corners for easy cleaning and sanitation. It features safety thermostat, thermostatic temperature control and an oil collection tank with stainless steel filter for safe used oil disposal. The gas versions offer direct heating via heating elements in the tank or indirect heating via a burner outside the V-shaped tank for excellent cleaning. The electric versions come with liftable heating elements for perfect cleaning of the tank and digital display (FRBE74AD - FRBE77AD - FRBE74AHP) with automatic melting, temperature control, cooking time settings and automatic programs for quick cooking.
