Description

These German manufactured Debag "Helios/Dila" Heavy duty bakery ovens are designed for Bakery shops wanting the flexibilty of convection oven cooking and traditional deck oven cooking.  These ovens can be designed to your own requirements say a 10 rack on top of a deck oven, or two deck ovens siting under a 5 rack etc. The clean stylish looks and optional built in extraction canopy allows these ovens to be used in "Front of House cooking".

Convection oven features;
Heavy duty convection oven - 5 or 10 rack option 600 x 400mm tray size at 100mm centres
Humidity - variable humidity setting control
2 speed fan with automatic fan reverser to give even cook results
Controls - Fitted with Programmable digital controls with 12 phases of cooking cycles - Touchscreen version as an option
Easy clean - Inner door panel opens and internal oven has easy clen stainless steel mirror finish
Automatic inbuilt wash system option - no manual cleaning of oven, wash cycle can take between 35 to 87 minutes depending on cycle chosen and it uses a non hazardous biodegradable liquid detergent. Low water consumption 9 to 18 litres depending on cycle chosen
Smartbake - automatically adjust the power of the oven depending on how many trays are loaded - saves energy consumption
Soft close - automatic door opening at the end of the cooking cycle with self closing mode
LED lighting gives bright product illumination with reduced energy consumption
Oven networking via Fillalnet - allows online programming and service diagnosis
Integrated extraction canopy (as shown on images) with steam condenser can be fitted as an option
Triple pane smoked finish glass door gives an appealing finish with large visual product viewing and reduces heat loss

Temperature range 50 - 260ºC
Integrated steam generator is fitted as standard
Standard internal oven height is 160mm but as an option you can have a 200mm oven height
Glass door slides upwards and inwards - reduces risk of burns to the operator
Independently controlled top and bottom heating elements
Controls - Fitted with Programmable digital controls with 12 phases of cooking cycles
