Description

The superb Italforni Caruso electric pizza oven is designed for cooking Neapolitan pizzas and has a maximum operating temperature of 530°C. It is available in two different finishes and is equipped with programmable touchscreen controls. The oven is supplied as an individual deck oven with a mobile heated base as standard. Additionally, a choice of mobile stands and extraction canopies can be provided.
