Description

The Lightfry utilizes Air Fry Technology to prepare French fries and various finger foods without requiring any oil or fat. Instead, it employs steam, hot air, and motion. The process begins with a steam phase, thoroughly cooking the product. This is followed by the crisp phase, where a fan circulates very hot and dry air to create a crispy surface. All of this occurs within a rotating basket inside a closed oven chamber.
