Equipped with a robust 31kW thermostatic burner system, it is controlled by heavy-duty dial controls, allowing the Blue Seal to easily handle busy breakfast, lunch, and dinner services. Despite its powerful capabilities, it remains easy to operate and simple to clean. The griddle features a sturdy stainless steel stand with a convenient undershelf for additional storage and rear castors for enhanced manoeuvrability.
