The RKS600 FISH is specifically designed for the optimum storage of fresh fish and other seafood. The cabinet is finished both inside and out with high-quality 304 catering-grade stainless steel. Interior refrigeration components are specially coated to resist corrosion caused by ammonia emitted by fish during storage. The unit comes equipped with 600x400 fish trays and stainless steel risers. For the correct storage of fresh fish, we recommend using crushed ice to maintain freshness and moisture levels.
