Description

This Italian-manufactured dough roller features an automatic start/stop function with a timer mode. This functionality allows the machine to automatically switch on when you insert the dough into the hopper and shut off after a pre-set time. This feature not only reduces running costs but also minimizes component wear. Additionally, the machine can be used in "Continuous" mode if required.
