The display includes a dual-zone refrigeration system that allows for two different temperatures, enabling you to serve ice cream, gelato, and sorbets at the desired temperature and texture. Six pans on the left and six pans on the right have separate temperature-controlled zones, each with its own ventilated airflow to maintain precise temperatures.

Additionally, the unit is equipped with night storage covers. These covers, when not in use, fit into the rear of the cabinet and can be easily slid over the ice cream at night. This feature preserves the quality of the product without the need to remove it from the cabinet for separate frozen storage.
