Infrico VON 9 R (VON9R) is a bakery display case from the Onix range, designed for professional pastry presentation where consistent conditions matter. Ideal for cafés, hotels and dessert counters, it combines a robust stainless build with clear viewing panels to keep products looking their best while supporting controlled display storage for Irish hospitality venues.
The cabinet uses a more precise temperature and humidity management system, with straightforward adjustment of the target temperature range. A rear electronic thermostat and internal temperature read-out help staff monitor service conditions during busy periods. For peace of mind in installation and maintenance, the refrigeration circuits are helium tested to check for leaks.
