Infrico VLY 9V (VLY9V) is a Lyon range Pastry Display Case designed as a neutral (ambient) viennoiserie and baked-goods counter for professional pastry shops, cafés and hotel lobbies. Built as part of a modular line, it’s intended to help you create a consistent serve-and-display run, with optional angles and counter sections to suit the footprint of your venue.
For front-of-house presentation, the cabinet is designed to maximise product visibility with a broad display area, helping croissants, pastries and bakery lines stand out during busy service across Ireland.
