Infrico VLY 9 (VLY9) is a Lyon series pastry display case designed for professional pastry shops, bakeries and café counters. As part of the Lyon Modular Line, it helps you create a clean, continuous serve-over run, with the option to incorporate angles and counters to suit the layout of busy front-of-house spaces.
For Irish hospitality venues where product appearance matters as much as temperature stability, the VLY 9 uses digital control for more accurate adjustment of both temperature and humidity, helping pastries and baked goods stay in better condition throughout service. LED lighting is integrated to brighten the display while significantly reducing energy use versus traditional bulbs.
