Precise digital control supports more accurate management of temperature and humidity, making it easier to set and maintain the right conditions for delicate cakes, pastries and baked goods. The wide display area is complemented by efficient LED lighting to enhance product visibility while cutting energy use significantly versus traditional bulbs.
