This bain marie display case is made to present baked goods and pastries with strong visibility for customers while keeping products at serving temperature. Heat is provided indirectly via concealed heating elements, helping maintain an even warmth without exposing components on the display deck. A digital controller regulates the water bath, with a working range of +60°C to +70°C for consistent holding during peak periods.
