Infrico VBR 18 PSS (VBR18PSS) is an Ambar series bakery display case designed for busy pastry counters, cafés and hotel breakfast areas. Listed within Pastry Display Cases, it combines a high-capacity, three-level presentation layout with dependable chilled holding so cakes, desserts and pastries stay attractive and service-ready.
Cooling is handled by an integrated ECO refrigeration system using R290, with fan-assisted circulation and a built-in condensation management set-up to help maintain clear viewing and consistent temperatures. A tempered front glass panel supports safe, everyday use in customer-facing spaces, while the rear access is via double sliding doors (except SS), keeping service quick in tight counter runs.
