Infrico VBR 12 HT (VBR12HT) is a hot Pastry Display Case in the Ambar series, built for presenting pastries, bakery items and baked goods with strong visibility and consistent holding conditions. Designed as part of a modular line, it suits professional counters and can be combined with angles and counter sections to fit the service space in cafés, hotels and bakeries across Ireland.
Temperature and humidity are managed through a precise control system, making it straightforward to set the required range and help maintain product quality on display. A rear electronic thermostat, internal temperature read-out and an integrated humidity tray support day-to-day consistency during busy service.
