The VACT20BB is built around a durable AISI 304 stainless-steel outer body, paired with an AISI 304 stainless-steel chamber featuring rounded internal corners—helpful for quick wipe-downs between batches. A robust methacrylate lid with stainless-steel hinges supports daily use, while the food-grade polyethylene insert helps optimise the vacuum process.
Operation is managed through a digital control panel with an electronically controlled, automatic packing cycle. As a VACT Time model, it also includes a vacuum gauge for clear, at-a-glance monitoring of vacuum level during each run. Progressive atmosphere (a controlled air re-entry) is standard, giving a more gradual intake at the end of the cycle.
