Build quality is geared for day-to-day use: the outer body is stainless steel AISI 304, while the internal tank is also AISI 304 with rounded corners to make wipe-downs quicker and more hygienic. A robust methacrylate lid and stainless steel hinges add durability, and a food-grade polyethylene plate helps optimise vacuum performance.
