Infrico MR 41 EN (MR41EN) is a compact MR-EN Series refrigerated salad and pizza cooling table from the American line, designed for busy prep sections where chilled ingredients need to stay close to hand.
Built with a stainless-steel AISI 430 body and a hard-wearing AISI 304 stainless worktop, it’s suited to daily service in restaurants, cafés, takeaways and hotel kitchens across Ireland. The fully injected, compact structure helps support consistent performance, while the injected worktop includes polyurethane insulation and a dedicated housing for GN 1/3 trays—ideal for organising toppings and mise en place.
For reliable day-to-day operation, the protected control system allows more accurate temperature management and makes it straightforward to set the required range.
