Built for day-to-day commercial use, the cabinet is made from AISI 430 stainless steel, while the control panel and worktop are upgraded to AISI 304 stainless steel for added durability in high-contact areas. The AISI 304 worktop includes a 100 mm sanitary upstand to help keep prep areas cleaner, and the rear backrest is galvanised steel. A fully injected compact structure supports efficiency and strength, and the stainless legs are height adjustable for easier positioning and levelling.
