Part of the ES‑Modular / ES‑SPLIT range, this is a modular ice fabricator designed to sit above a separate storage tank (sold separately), helping you tailor your ice capacity to the needs of busy service.
Built for demanding kitchens and prep areas in Ireland, the FHESM600W features a robust AISI 304 stainless steel body, suited to wet environments and frequent cleaning. It produces flat flakes at an ice temperature of approximately -5°C to -10°C, making it ideal for rapid cooling and gentle product coverage.
