Infrico FHESM 5000A (FHESM5000A) is a professional flake ice maker in the Horeca equipment range, designed for busy sites that need a reliable source of flat flake ice without an integrated storage bin. As part of the ES‑Modular series, it’s a modular ice fabricator that can be paired with a separate storage tank to suit your layout and output needs. It’s also in the ES‑SPLIT line, supplied without a condensing unit.
Built with an AISI 304 stainless steel body, the FHESM 5000A is suited to demanding kitchen and production environments. It produces flat flakes at an ice temperature of approximately -5°C to -10°C, ideal where rapid chilling and product presentation matter—whether that’s foodservice counters, fish handling, or specialist applications.
