Infrico FHESM1500W is a professional Horeca equipment flake ice maker designed for busy hospitality operations that need a steady supply of flat flake ice without an integrated storage bin. Part of the ES‑Modular range, it’s a modular ice fabricator that can be paired with a separate storage tank to suit your workflow. It’s also an ES‑SPLIT format unit, supplied without a condensing unit for installations where a split set-up is preferred.
Built with an AISI 304 stainless steel body, the FHESM1500W is well suited to demanding back‑of‑house environments in Ireland, from hotel kitchens and cafés to high-volume takeaways and food prep areas. It produces flat flakes with an ideal thickness, delivered at an ice temperature of approximately -5°C to -10°C—useful for food display and handling, as well as specialist applications including fish service, chemical and pharmaceutical use.
