Built to help you cool or freeze hot food quickly and consistently, it’s a strong fit for hotels, restaurants and production kitchens in Ireland where speed and control matter.
With rapid chilling from +90°C down to +3°C in under 90 minutes, and fast freezing from +90°C to -18°C in under 270 minutes, the ABT20 3P supports smoother prep cycles while helping maintain food texture and quality.
