Description

The Grelhaco charcoal chargrills are available in two designs. One is specifically designed for chicken, featuring a space of 240mm between the charcoal bed and the cooking grates. The other is a meat/fish version with a 120mm space. The increased spacing in the chicken model allows cooking to be done with less "flare up," as the fat burning occurs further away compared to the meat version.
