The Giorik PEI150 and PEI100 Electric Indirect Heat Boiling Pans are ideal for boiling large quantities of products, making them perfect for food manufacturers or institutional cooking. The indirect heat water jacket ensures that no heat source is in direct contact with the cooking tank. This design prevents any possibility of the product being burnt, making these pans ideal for cooking delicate products such as custards and jams.
