The Giorik EME72 is a 7-rack electric convection oven designed for smaller operators seeking a compact-sized oven with enhanced power. It features humidity control and a 2-speed fan, accommodating 1/1 GN and 600 x 400mm trays. This makes it ideal for "Bake off" use.
