Description

The Giorik EME52 is a medium-use, 5-rack electric convection oven, ideal for smaller operators who require a compact-sized oven. It accommodates 1/1 GN and 600 x 400 mm trays, making it perfect for "bake-off" use. Additionally, it operates on a 26 amp 230V electrical supply, allowing it to be installed in most kitchens.
