Featuring new and improved digital controls, the Buffalo planetary mixer offers impressive mixing flexibility. Unlike traditional mixers with slow, medium, and fast speeds, the Buffalo mixer provides true stepless speed control, enabling precise mixing for delicate mixes or specialist ingredients.

The digital controls also allow for programming the mixer. With up to five user-definable programs, you can set the mixer to start slow and transition to a different speed at a specific time according to your recipe. Simply select your program, and the mixer delivers a consistent, repeatable mix every time. Each program can include up to four stages for maximum mixing flexibility.
