The Blizzard BF-8+8 Twin Tank Electric Fryer has been manufactured with stainless steel and designed with taps at the front for easy drainage. With a 2 x 8 litre tank capacity, this unit also features a mesh batter plate and a safety cut-out to protect the appliance from overheating in instances where, for example, there may be an insufficient amount of oil in the tank.
