The EBF-15 is a high-capacity blast chiller and shock freezer built for busy production kitchens. It pulls hot food down fast and safely—chilling up to 75 kg to +3 °C in 90 minutes or shock-freezing up to 45 kg to −18 °C in 240 minutes. The robust 304 stainless-steel cabinet takes 15 trays (GN 1/1 or 600×400) on adjustable positions, while a Dixell controller with core probe gives precise, HACCP-friendly cycle control. Practical touches like a self-closing door with magnetic gasket, recessed handle, and braked castors make it easy to use and move, delivering reliable results service after service.
