Description

These white lids for 12 and 16oz cups are made from plant-based CPLA. They are strong to prevent splitting and snap tight onto the cup. The lids are clearly marked as being compostable.

What Makes These Lids Environmentally Friendly?

The renewable, plant-based material! As they're made entirely from plant-based CPLA, the lids can be commercially composted within 12 weeks after use. This will divert waste away from harmful landfill sites and turn the lids into nutrient-rich compost that's used to grow more plants. The renewable material is also kinder to Earth's natural resources than traditional, oil-based plastics. This means the lids will help to reduce your environmental impact even if you can't send them to industrial composting facilities.
