These individually made, highly visual display cabinets are designed for meat to be hung from ceiling rails or displayed on shelves, whilst the dry aging process continues. The displays provide a specially controlled environment of temperature and humidity together with bacteria removal, to ensure beef ages to it’s optimum condition ready for sale. Himalyan rock salt and/or Ozone generation can be included to further assist the natural process of aging.
