The SU10CT combines 252 litres of internal storage capacity capable of holding four 1/1 GN pans, with cut-out wells to accommodate up to eight 1/6 GN ingredients pans. The easy-to-clean polypropylene worktop has an overhang of 100mm, allowing the SU10CT refrigerated salad counter to maximize the working area.
