Description

The classic cleaver by Vogue Tsuki features a Japanese VG-10 stainless steel core, hardened up to a 60° Rockwell rating, which provides excellent cutting performance for an extended period. Two layers of attractive Damascus steel cover the core, offering protection against corrosion. The cleaver is equipped with an ergonomic micarta resin handle that ensures an excellent grip. Vogue Tsuki knives have been endorsed by the Craft Guild of Chefs, guaranteeing premium and long-lasting quality.
