Simple to operate, the cabinet features a low velocity Turbofan system to evenly distribute heat throughout the cabinet, ensuring food is kept warm and not cooked. Accommodating ten full-size bakery trays, the H10D-FS is designed for reliability and performance in a demanding work environment.
