The Blue Seal Turbofan H8D-FS-UC Hot Holding Cabinet is a streamlined and compact unit designed to keep up to eight trays of food warm and ready to serve. It is simple to operate and features a low-velocity fan system that evenly distributes heat throughout the cabinet, ensuring that food is kept warm without being cooked. The cabinet is equipped with three independent hold timers, allowing you to keep multiple loads inside on the large 460x660mm bakery trays.
