Description

The UR90G-I is a tabletop freezer optimized for cooling caviar, but it can also be used for low alcoholic drinks. This sub-zero model features an electronic thermostat and thermometer, ensuring that the sensitive caviar is not exposed to incorrect temperatures. Ideally, caviar should be stored at temperatures ranging from -6 to 0 degrees Celsius. An ordinary cooler is too warm, and a standard freezer is too cold. Storing caviar under incorrect temperatures can ruin its quality.

The UR90G-I is equipped with a ventilated cooling system that ensures the temperature is even and stable across all shelves. The thermostat is strategically placed at the back of the unit to prevent accidental changes to the temperature settings.
