You can place your ingredients in a measuring bowl, whether they are solid, liquid, or powdered, or directly on the flat glass platform. The scales can measure ingredients up to 14 kg (31 lbs) or 14 L (492 fl oz) in weight. The glass surface is stain and odor resistant, as well as waterproof.
