This Sagi NF51H 5 tray Multifunctional blast chiller/freezer is designed to sit underneath an oven and has an operating temperature of -40'C - + 85'C allowing it also to be used for Slow cooking, thawing, retarder/proofer, de-hydrating, and hot holding. Specifically designed to hold 1/1gn or 600 x 400mm bakery trays containers it will work in tandem with the Convection and Combi steam ovens
