This Mirror PLF3 is a thermostatically controlled medium/heavy duty Plancha. The hard chromed plate finish is non porous so prevents cross flavour, reduces heat radiation so reduces fuel costs, it has even heat distribution and is easy to clean down.

The cooking plate is surrounded by a water channel allowing easy cleaning
