Description

Featuring cool-to-touch engineering and 2/3 gastronorm compatibility with a combi-microwave mode, the Merrychef eikon easyTouch Rapid Cooking Oven e4 (CSV) has the capability to reduce cooking times by as much as 15 times compared to conventional ovens. It includes menu software that can be updated instantly using USB, energy-saving standby, and in-built diagnostics to avoid unnecessary service calls. Additionally, its catalyst technology for grease elimination and odor reduction eliminates the need for separate extraction and ventilation systems.
