Product Description

The Italforni EURO EVO EVS12-1 is a modular single-deck electric oven for pizza, bakery and pastry. Its STAND-version chamber uses aluminised steel with a refractory baking floor and stainless-steel shielded elements. The deck holds 12 x 30cm pizzas or four 60x40cm baking pans. Digital controls provide independent power regulation for the floor and ceiling, with an adjustable steam exhaust valve and a maximum temperature of 450°C. The SEVS12 stand and wheels are a separate optional product and are not included.
