Product Description

The Italforni EURO EVO EVC6-2 is a modular twin-deck electric oven for pizza, bakery and pastry. Each CLASSIC chamber is fully lined with refractory material, with shielded elements in the refractory floor and exposed upper elements. Each deck holds eight 30cm pizzas or three 60x40cm baking pans, giving capacity for 16 pizzas across two decks. Digital controls provide independent floor and ceiling power regulation, with adjustable steam exhaust valves and a maximum temperature of 450°C. The SEVC6 stand and wheels are a separate optional product and are not included.
