Built for demanding service, the exterior and trolley are manufactured in Stainless Steel AISI 304, with a matching AISI 304 worktop and interior for a durable, hygienic finish. A straight tempered glass front supports clear product visibility, while rear sliding doors make access straightforward during busy prep and service.
The VRP 13 is also designed with day-to-day practicality in mind, featuring interior drainage to help manage meltwater and maintain a clean working environment. For mobility around the kitchen or front-of-house, it runs on 100 mm wheels, with rear brakes to keep the unit stable once positioned.
