Infrico MR 93 GT COMBO (MR93GTCOMBO) is an American line pizza prep table designed for efficient salad and pizza assembly in busy professional kitchens. Part of the GT COMBO / MPG COMBO Series, it combines a robust stainless-steel build with a hygienic prep surface to support consistent service during peak periods.
The cabinet is formed in AISI 430 stainless steel, while the countertop is AISI 304 stainless steel for added durability where it matters most. A compact, fully injected structure helps improve overall rigidity, and the injected polyurethane worktop is configured with space for G/N 1/3 trays—ideal for organising toppings and ingredients within easy reach.
