Infrico MP 1740 CN (MP1740CN) is an MP 800 Series refrigerated pizza prep table in the Undercounters range, built for fast-paced mise en place and consistent cold holding in professional kitchens. With a footprint of W 1738 x D 800 and an adjustable working height of H 830/980 mm, it suits production lines where space and ergonomics matter.
Efficiency and temperature stability are improved through R-290 refrigerant, electronic fans and optimised airflow, helping maintain an even internal temperature during busy service. Control is handled via a new IP65, touch-sensitive digital controller designed for more accurate temperature management and simple set-point adjustments.
