Infrico GRM2 (code GRM2) is a robust electrical grill designed for busy HORECA equipment set-ups, from hotel kitchens to cafés, takeaways and restaurant lines in Ireland. Built with a stainless steel body, it’s made to stand up to day-to-day service while keeping wipe-downs straightforward at the end of shift.
The GRM2 uses a heavy-duty cast iron cooking plate, available in ribbed or smooth finishes to suit your menu and cooking style. As standard, top plates are ribbed; only “TL” models come with a smooth plate option, giving you flexibility when specifying your grill surface.
Heat control is practical and precise, with an independent thermostat adjustable up to 250°C. A dedicated safety thermostat adds extra reassurance during long service periods, while the indicator light helps staff manage pre-heat—switching off once the set temperature is reached.
